Regional Field Director

The Family Foundation Action (TFFA) is seeking a full-time Regional Field Director to oversee and grow grassroots field operations in the Greater Fredericksburg area. This position reports to the State Director and plays a key role in advancing our mission through community engagement, volunteer mobilization, and political action efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations and manage staff and volunteers in the assigned region

• Lead volunteer recruitment and expand our grassroots network

• Coordinate door-to-door outreach, phone banking, voter registration, and early/mail-in voting initiatives

• Collaborate with allied organizations and provide regular updates on local political developments

Qualifications:

• Spiritual maturity and a Biblical worldview

• Alignment with TFFA’s core values and standards of integrity

• Minimum of one year of campaign field experience

• Located in or willing to relocate to Fredericksburg, VA

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Compensation & Benefits:
